WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH YOU?
Undoubtedly the most asked question we get by our first time clients, and rightfully so. It's quite nerve racking to work with someone for the first time, let alone in a transaction worth millions to you and your family. We understand the large amount of trust and confidence needed in this situation and take that very seriously. Because of that, Ali and the team ensure only the best service is used for you. If you're selling your home, the highest quality marketing will be used and you will consistently get updates in regards to showings, offers, marketing, responses, etc. If you're buying, expect an honest and hard working approach. Ali continually works to find you the best home he can! WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T FIND A HOME TO BUY?
Fortunately, there is more and more inventory coming onto the market everyday! However, in markets like the peak not too long ago, successfully buying a home was not easy to accomplish. Patience is definitely practiced in some cases when searching for your next home. However, we pride ourselves in the amount of work we put towards searching for homes (both on and off market) and Ali's expansive network to find homes not readily available to others. With patience, hard work, and a network to give you the advantage, we will find your next home!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY HOME DOESN'T SELL WITH YOU?
Fortunately, Ali has never had a listing of his expire, and has never been let go from a listing. This statistic is something he is immensely proud of, as it is extremely rare in the industry. This goes to show our representation = results. A 100% selling ratio should put you to ease and have peace of mind knowing Ali will sell your home no matter what. However, to answer the question simply, nothing happens. If the listing expires for whatever reason, you are free to do as you wish. You may decide to re list with a new gameplan or make another decision that's best for you. There are many reasons why a listing may expire, and even though Ali has never experienced it, he has helped countless families sell their home after they had unfortunately expired with different representation. All of this to say, an expiration / not having your home sell is the last thing you should worry about!
CAN YOU HELP ME BUY A HOME AFTER WE SELL?
Of course! As we've mentioned, Ali and his group are truly a one stop shop for your real estate journey and goals.
